Pleasant and relaxing stay

Pros: Great hotel location. Great breakfast. The member of staff who served breakfast was extremely friendly and helpful. Cons: The room was a little outdated and small.

On arrival I met Andy who offered to carry my suitcase to my room no 6 . I had dinner and the lady May was also so nice

Ottima struttura, ambiente molto inglese, personale gentilissimo e una buonissima e abbondante colazione. Super consigliato!

Pros: Location fantastic Cons: Our room was very small , we were visiting to attend a wedding and the room was far to small

Pros: TODO. No podria quedarme con una sola cosa, pero la atención del personal fue extraordinaria,en especial SOFI q era encantadora. Pero todos muy, muy atentos y agradables. La ubicación es perfecta para ir andando al centro de cirencester, el desayuno es magnífico y el hotel está súper limpio. No habia aíre acondicionado y hacia mucho calor en Reino Unido en esos q dias, pero tenían ventiladores q algo ayudaban. Todo genial. Cons: Nada, todo estaba estupendo.
