Cons: As a lone female checking into the hotel, I would have appreciated my room number being provided to me more discreetly rather than being read allowed in the reception.

Absolutely great , staff is great

Pros: As soon as I entered the hotel I was welcomed with such a big smile and she was so friendly . Cons: Nothing I loved it
