Our home in Lisbon
Pros: Superb service from the staff. From check-in to the bar absolutely exceptional. Room extremely comfortable and the hotel is in an excellent location. We will return Cons: Nothing

Beautiful hotel, excellent staff, and lots of surprises
Pros: The location was central, walking distance to some sights and the main shopping area as well as the all-important Lisbon sign. The hotel staff were excellent, super attentive, and very helpful. The extra unexpected surprise was the snack table reception with delicious cake and the ice cream machine!! And on checkout, we received a pack of delicious cookies! Oh, and there’s a midnight snack table as well Cons: We didn’t enjoy the food in the main restaurant but the staff were excellent and the room service food was much better

A 5+ experience
Pros: The staff was incredible, especially Joao. He always had a smile and was happy to help in any way. The spa was enjoyed by all and the kids loved the ice cream machine and candy in the lobby. There were so many extras it is hard to list them all. This was a 5+ experience. The location was close to everything. We were sad to leave and it's the only hotel I would stay at again in Lisbon. Thank you all for making our stay unforgettable! Cons: Nothing it was the perfect stay in Lisbon thanks to the staff!

Friendliness of the entire staff, many thanks—Type of hotel—Location is perfect for exploring the city/environment—Price-performance for a five-star hotel good and fair. Breakfast was rich and good, especially because you could order a lot from the menu.
