Pros: A localização é excelente, na principal rua da cidade, próxima a lojas, bares e restaurantes e da estação de trem. Além disso, o quarto é muito bonito e a cama é confortável. Cons: Ao tomar banho, o chuveiro costuma molhar o banheiro. Se tivesse um rodo ou o box fosse mais fechado, isso poderia ser evitado. Mas nada que prejudicasse a nossa experiência.

Great stay - but poor communication
Pros: The location was central - 6 minutes from Pisa centrale, and 20minute walk from Pisa tower. The room was clean, and tidy, modern. Mini fridge worked properly. Good AC in the room. Cons: The owner could improve the communication skills. The night before check in, I was asked for our passport details but it wasn't specified of what information they need. I replied asking but did not receive an answer until the day after at 6am. The owner messaged me on WhatsApp so I can send my passport picture to him. I have sent it at 8:30am - the day I was meant to check in. He has messaged me around
Perfect for a short stay in a lovely city.
Pros: Beautifully clean and tidy room right in the middle of a main shopping street (which was a little noisy on a warm Friday night when you want the windows open… but not too bad really). Cons: You need your wits about you if you arrive after dark. Had to use a torch as I couldn’t find a light switch at the main door and you need to input two codes to get the keys. But I got there in the end.
