Nice property but unorganised and unprofessional

Pros: Excellent location, easy access to all major sites. Cons: We were almost double charged as we had prepaid via booking but were asked for payment upon check-in. The receptionist insisted it was unpaid and we had to provide screenshots from Booking as well as bank transactions to back up the fact that we had paid. This whole interaction got the trip off to a bad start and left us feeling uncomfortable. The communication of the accommodation being entirely through Whatsapp is also not ideal, we were sent multiple messages throughout our (one night) stay about key functions, curfews etc whic
