Tiny, unclean and uncomfortable property, made worse by rude and dismissive communication from the letting agency.

Pros: Unfortunately, there was nothing about the property that made up for the issues we experienced. Cons: The loft room was extremely small—marketed as “cosy”, but barely suitable for two people. It became very hot, and the letting agency’s response was rude and dismissive- I was told they couldn’t control the weather after I had asked for access to a fan. The room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard: there were spiders, cobwebs and dust around the hangers, and we found an orange stain on the bedding. The mattress was also very uncomfortable. We would not recommend this place, I dreade

Disappointed with bicycle situation despite previous clients review pointing out the problem.

Pros: Close to family so location was good. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Quiet. Cons: Health and safety issue with bicycles blocking an already narrow staircase. No obvious signs for emergency evacuation. Parking more difficult than suggested. Lacked attention to cleaning communal area and quite dirty around windows, especially in kitchen.

Pros: The location was good, from the property to city centre is seven minutes by uber. although the room had a strong smell but it is comfortable and wide enough to accommodate three people Cons: It is comfortable

Nice property, shame about the noisy smoke detector.

Pros: Communication beforehand was excellent. I was able to park just across the road from the property. 30 minute walk from Principality Stadium. Bed was comfortable Cons: Smoke detector letting off a loud beep every 30 seconds made it very difficult to get to sleep.

Pros: Exceptionally clean and tidy. Extremely hot weather and delighted to find a mobile ac unit! Cons: TV in kitchen wasn't tuned to terrestrial tv but, to be fair, the bedroom one was.
