Pros: Very friendly and helpful. Hana gave us precise travel instructions which saved us a lot of guessing and headaches when we arrived at the airport in Edinburgh. She greeted us with a smile and shared several travel and dining options. Most specifically, we left an earbud behind and she arranged to have it delivered to town where we could pick it up. So helpful! Cons: no TV in the room and we were hoping to watch the World Cup game. Other than that we are very happy with stay and the property. It is very clean and organized.
