Pros: The place is as advertised, affordable and near the airport. The staff was great, as we entered there was some confrontation with another customer, we had our turn, they were very professional and informative, and efficiently checked us in Cons: We had an early departure, there was nobody at the desk and there was no shuttle that we arranged.

This hotel was a great option for an overnight stay in Charlotte.

Pros: I liked the proximity to the airport. The shuttle driver collected me and transported me to the hotel. The room was awaiting my arrival and allowed me ample time to get checked in and rest before an early morning flight. Cons: No specific comment.

I won’t be staying at that location again.

Pros: Bed was comfortable Cons: The shower leaked onto the floor. And the breakfast wasn’t good .
