Dirty, smelly, damp, bad food. Won't return.

Pros: Staff Cons: Room smelled awful. No ventilation. Soggy carpets. Filthy furniture. Dirty bedding. Food remnants on chairs. Property locks didn't work well.

Nice and comfortable

Pros: Very comfortable, safe area, plenty of food options. Easy check in, very warm and friendly staff. Good amenities, appreciated the ice machine and water refill station too. Waffle maker was a nice touch for breakfast. Cons: We had a room with 2 queen sized beds as it was cheaper than a king room for the night but good thing we had the second bed as the first one has a very small stain on the bedsheets and one of the pillows had make up stains and some other type of stain. I have to say it felt very much like an anomaly as everything else was pretty good and the place felt very clean other
