Pros: Convenient little cation Cons: Booked room that said breakfast included but there was no breakfast. Only Starbucks which would not honor breakfast included

Overall, our stay was pleasant, peaceful and the staff were friendly and attentive.

Pros: The property is in a well maintained awesome location; accessible to highway/public transportation, grocery store, eateries, activities and gas station within the vicinity. Cons: The property is well kept with the exception of low water pressure and wasn’t able to utilize the bathtub due to a mechanical issue. It was brought to management attention shortly after check-in and later. We were informed that the engineer would look into it and no one ever showed up. Also, it would be nice to have a coffee/tea station for guest outside of operational hours of 6am-10am.

Good hotel and clean with a good location for cruises

Pros: The location and cleanliness of the hotel. But above all the friendliness of the staff to try to solve our problems. We couldn't book the 'park and cruise' online to leave the car to go on a cruise and the reception staff helped us and managed it for us to be able to leave the car in the parking. Also, we discussed with the cafeteria service our dissatisfaction with breakfast and at least they gave us two $10 vouchers each to spend at Marriott hotels. Cons: The breakfast.
