Convenient & Comfortable.

Pros: Staff was always smiling, pleasant & helpful, and that is primary. The bed & linens are extremely comfortable. Love the location, right around the corner from Newsfeed Cafe & Boston Public Library, 1 block from Boylston Street, & 2 blocks from Newbury St - easy walk to bank, pharmacy, cafes, restaurants, coffee houses - 1st rate. Cons: Their toilet paper is too rough for me, I went out & bought some that was softer. Wish the breakfast was available all day.

Perfect location, spacious room and fantastic staff. 10/10 would stay again!

The location was right next to the subway, central location, big room for our family of 5 and the staff were fantastic!

Pros: I booked a reservation thur your organization for the first and last time. You moved my hotel to Downtown Boston without telling me before I arrived at 8:00pm on 8/4/2026. I was in Boston to see a specialist Doctor. You completely ruined my entire schedule by moving me accross town. So I never stayed at Copely Square, I was at Marriott on Tremount Street Downtown. You over booked Copely Square. This entire reservation cost me over $200.00 in taxis to get me to the right places for my scheduled appt. NEVER AGAIN Im requesting a deposit of my room charges. Cons: I booked a reservation
