Pros: I loved the location
Pros: I loved the location . It was clean . The staff was amazing ! Cons: The room wasn't anything specail , the bed was really stiff . Friend slept on the slippers sofa and said it wasn't very comfortable .

Great stay!
All the front desk staff was truly so friendly and help set the tone for our stay. A little mishap happened and Emmitt and Kendra were so sweet and accommodating. Checking out in the morning with Tony and Delroy was a breeze and their energy was bright and welcoming. Breakfast at the hotel was good as well. The twins at the bistro were very friendly and service was great!

We actually started our trip off at the Sheraton connected to the mall and we had a bunch of issues with our flights getting to Boston. were supposed to arrive at 10 AM. We actually ended up arriving at 1:30 in the morning and then after a very stressful long and rough travel day we really wanted to go and rest since we lost our whole first day in Boston and it was not only my wife’s birthday trip, but we were also celebrating our anniversary and when we got there, the room never cleaned from the previous people that were staying in it. We had to go back downstairs and wait 45 minutes for th

Phenomenal stay! Would stay here again. Perfect location to little Italy, TD garden and great sports bars and restaurants. Kendra, Emet and Tony did a great job of ensuring that we had everything we needed during our stay. Very professional and welcoming. Will be staying here again when we come back to Boston!
