I am a Platinum Elite Bon Voy member and stay a lot of places and have never had such a rude reception.

Pros: Looked nice from the outside. Cons: The noise level the staff allowed to go on bothering people trying to sleep. The staff was not friendly at all.

It’s worth it for the most part.

Pros: Love the property. Centrally located to all my family members who still live there in Albuquerque. Neighborhood fairly quiet, being next to a highway. Always having some special events happening and it’s what I like. Cons: The room they gave me, the air conditioner was not working correctly. I’ve learned throughout my years of traveling, if it’s a 3.5 or 4 star hotel, they never ask for another room cause something doesn’t work. Usually they will say, all of our room are occupied or give you another room that’s even worse. So I usually grin and bear it for a night, unless it’s totally un
