Stayed out of necessity, would only return for the same need.
Pros: It had a room available. It’s reasonably close to the airport. I was rebooked on a flight, not in search of a vacation spot. The room felt reasonably clean. Cons: The staff was kinda rude. They don’t do wake up calls (or provide functional alarm clocks). They either don’t offer room service or don’t advertise it. The view is nonexistent.
It was convenient and made most trip less stressful
Pros: It was close to Logan airport, easy to get to, I could leave my car there and 24 hr shuttle which I used Cons: Nothing
I was disappointed that the hotel did not work with me because I went through a third-party Booking.com. There was four
Pros: Property was decently clean room was very nice. Cons: I went on Booking.com and I selected a room with two queen size bed and a sofa bed. When I got to the property, they gave me a room with one bed and a sofa bed. Some of my family members had to sleep on the floor and others had to go find rooms elsewhere. The hotel did not work with me. They told me I had to go back to Booking.com and figure it out.
