Pros: Bel établissement, hôtel confortable dans le centre de Calgary ; personnel accueillant et sympathique, tant à la réception que dans la salle du petit déjeuner. Cons: Petit déjeuner très décevant : une carte prometteuse de prime abord, mais en réalité très trompeuse. La formule minimaliste en vigueur nous a paru d'une insigne mesquinerie : par exemple, ne pas permettre au client de conjuguer jus d'orange ET thé (ou café) n'est tout bonnement pas digne d'un hôtel qui prétend à l'excellence, surtout au regard du prix payé pour la nuitée.
