Clean, comfortable and very friendly and helpful staff.
Pros: The staff was wonderful! The room was clean and comfortable. Cons: A complimentary breakfast would have been nice. The hotel was a little outdated but still clean and comfortable.

Cons: The interaction with staff is more than enough reason for me to never visit this site. I will never stay anywhere I do not feel respected and comfortable. I will leave it there. I do not think the interaction I received was a reflection of Marriot or their services. I understand locations have cultures and in the suburbs of Ohio I am now aware of that culture.

Cons: I walked into my room and the first thing I noticed was a very musty smell that smelt like mold. The couch and bed sheets were wet. The bathroom had dead bugs stuck to the walls. I went downstairs with these concerns and management said “okay”. No refund, no offer of a new room, no apology, nothing.
