Pros: The location was good…it was close to the stadiums but not in the middle of all the nightlife. The people mover connected to the hotel was extremely convenient. A playground, the river front, 7-11, and chick-fil-a all within walking distance. Cons: It was convenient to have AppleBees and IHOP connected but I feel like it made the reception area noisy and a little unsafe for guests.

Poor staffing limitations on restrooms and towels
Pros: The rooms were decent Cons: No bathrooms available anywhere near the pool area and many amenities were limited

I enjoyed my time at this hotel.
Pros: The location of the hotel is excellent The room was pretty comfortable The wifi was efficient The views from my room were amazing The staff was very friendly and efficient. Cons: The cost of the hotel is a bit high The elevators were getting repaired and that slowed the check-in and out process.

Great experience and the staff was very polite and friendly. Great customer service!
Pros: IHOP express was a great surprise and the easy connection to the tram (from inside the hotel) was a bonus! Also, the location was very convenient and centrally located, Cons: Overall, the experience was great!
