Stayed to see a concert at the playhouse, so the location was absolutely great. So central to get out and explore the

Superb location, and a short walk from the Royal Mile
Superb location, and a short walk from the Royal Mile. I stayed here with my mom, and we enjoyed relaxing and having a drink on the sofas outside terrace at the front of the hotel. The men working behind the bar were extremely friendly and helpful with local recommendations. I would 100% recommend this hotel to any of my friends that were planning a trip to Edinburgh.

Pros: The staff are superb, the rooms are comfortable, the hotel has such a chill vibe, and there's a great variety of options for breakfast
Pros: The staff are superb, the rooms are comfortable, the hotel has such a chill vibe, and there's a great variety of options for breakfast. Also very close to everything, particularly a gorgeous bookshop Cons: The bathrooms in the rooms - frosted doors, gaps in the frame etc. - make things a bit awkward privacy-wise 😅
