Underwhelming at best
Pros: The staff was extremely friendly Cons: The staff accidentally took a second payment for our night and it took 22 days for a refund and I had to call multiple times for them to release the refund. The floor in the room was wet. There were no garbage bags and the room did not have the extra bed as requested. The pools were clean but tiny
Overall was nice but for the price, I expected the room to be near perfectly clean.
Pros: Beautiful view. Easy to get to. Friendly staff. Clean pools. Restaurant on property was very convenient. Cons: There were several spiders in our room including one in our bed and a cob web right next to the door, a dirty sock, jelly bean behind the curtains and a used knife under the chair.
