Pros: The team members were very accommodating ans helpful. Cons: Shuttle was not 24hrs or early enoight for my flight. Also, there is a need for a better system with packages.

Pros: Location Cons: A/C. The room has the A/C in auto mode, and completely turned off every hour.

The stay was comfortable and relaxing

Pros: Quiet Cons: T.V remote needed batteries. This is something that should be checked by your housekeeping team when servicing the rooms.
