Hit with misses.
Pros: Clean and modern. Handy location. Personnel friendly but short handed on evenings. Cons: A/C fan ran even when shut off. Cold. Amenities were lacking for a high $ facility. Ice machines on 1, 2, and 3 floors empty or not working at 7 pm. Desk clerk did get us ice.TV selections were lacking. Shampoo and body soap dispensers were filled with fluid that refused to sudse up. Not sure what it was. One 3"x1" hand soap for sink.Towels were stiff. $21 each for breakfast and $4 for a $2 Pepsi after paying $267 a night. Wow! After stealing 39000 Bonvoy points from me during pandemic had hoped Mar
