Besides the billing issue the stay was great. This is the 3-4 time I’ve stayed for work and I will stay again.
Pros: Location and amenities Cons: The billing process was frustrated and caused issues with my company. They were in process of switching systems which caused a split billing process on my reservation on top of a $10 room hold charge with no receipt. The $10 was refunded within 2 days but I am required to provide a receipt for all transactions…
Very nice hotel.
Pros: The breakfast was great with Starbucks coffee. Cons: A bit challenging driving around Mall parking lot to get to and from hotel.
