Comfortable Hudson Square boutique hotel.

Pros: Good location in Hudson Sq. Nice boutique hotel with only 6 rooms per floor. Cons: Everything was fine.

Tiny room, and the $150 pet fees took my by surprise

Pros: Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. Cons: The room was tiny, the pet fees exorbitant - highest I've paid in my life by a factor of 4, and the room was so much more tiny than the photos suggested.
