In the end fine but staff not completely truthful.

Pros: met my expectations once I settled in Cons: My room was 78 degrees when I returned from dinner. It was late, and I had been traveling and sightseeing all day. The condenser was broken on the room air conditioner. They said they were sold out and didn't have another room available, and asked if I could wait 30-45 min. in the lobby while the condenser was fixed. It was 10pm, and I was exhausted and did not want to wait. Miraculously they found an available room.

Nothing out of the ordinary... not worth the cost!

Pros: The location is not the best, we waited 20 minutes on the 23rd floor for the elevator to arrive and it never came up, we had to go down the emergency stairs, that's how it was for the 4 days we stayed... supposedly it was under maintenance... Cons: I didn't like the location, nor the neighborhood where it is located, not worth what we paid, the facilities need maintenance, the elevator did not work for the time we were there, we had to go down the emergency stairs
