Excellent service and quiet room

Fantastic, excellent service and lovely staff. Due to illness and having recently been discharged from hospital, I rang to ask about early check-in. They sorted it out immediately, no problem at all. Reception asked whether we'd like something to eat and brought the food up to the room a short while later. We were given a room with two separate beds and wonderfully comfortable mattresses. The room was completely quiet. One of the best places we stayed at on this tour around England.

Great location, very central and close to the railway station, friendly staff. The room was very clean and nice.

I had a wonderful stay! The location is absolutely fantastic — right in the heart of Oxford, within easy walking distance of everything. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options for every taste, including freshly squeezed juice and fresh fruit. Everything was very clean, and the staff were exceptionally polite, friendly and welcoming. There was a small misunderstanding with my room, and the hotel handled it beautifully and kindly upgraded my room. I really appreciated the way they dealt with the situation. Perfect and exactly what I needed to get away from city life

Pros: Location was perfect for station and town Lots of places to eat nearby. Hotel let me book in 4 hrs early. Bed was so comfy with mattress topper. Cons: No complaints
