Very comfortable when everything's been working order

Pros: Staff did what it could. Generally friendly and accommodating. Pool. It is appears that the fitness centers improved over prior visits Cons: front desk needs better staffing, couldn't get through on the telephone both before and during the trip. telephone didn't work in two different rooms. Internet didn't work the first night in our suite and these things had to be dealt with while we were expecting guests. You have a light of the sweet living room that doesn't have any apparent way to shut it off. You waste a ton of energy having televisions on all the time when people haven't even arr

The size of the room was great , and the bed was a delight to sleep on, very well rested 5hrs sleep.

The staff didn’t care when I explained the conditions and showed them videos they just ignored it and wasn’t even apolog

Pros: The location Cons: My room was dirty not fully cleaned and I saw a rat in the double door coming from the lobby
