Pros: food good. Cons: room was dank - smelled. bed light broken. definitely not worth the 300 + i spent for one sunday night.

Disappointing Experience – Terrible Front Deskand customer service
I am highly disappointed with my check-in experience at this property. The front desk receptionist was incredibly unprofessional, dismissive, and lacked any sense of customer service. To make matters worse, the property engaged in a complete switch with the pricing of the room. The final rate I was charged at check-in was significantly higher than the rate I was originally quoted and confirmed. Instead of honoring the agreed-upon price or offering a helpful explanation, the staff was argumentative and unbothered. I do not recommend staying here if you value honest pricing and basic hospitality

Lousy service but nice people and modern
Decent looking hotel and friendly staff but in the end service was just not good. Wanted to check in a bit early, after a very long trip and a very long evening ahead of us. Told us because a large group was checking TOMORROW, they could not check us in early TODAY. I am paying today and they are reserving rooms for others paying TOMORROW. Ridiculous. After escalating to a manager we were given a room that was fine, but a long wait to get it. As far as food, there is nothing in the area, at least on the weekend. In the middle of an industrial park deserted on the weekend, so you are
