Pros: The hotel is in a great location and well situated. The room was very large and appeared clean
Cons: the pull out was for only 1 single person, and when we pulled it out at 11 pm at night.. ( i had indicated on my reservation I was bringing minors), there was absolutely no bedding on the bed or in any of the closets. We called for delivery and it was done promptly. The pull out was terrible... metal springs and just low quality and only fit 1 person. The tv in the bedroom was not connected to the remote and we never figured it out. ... and just 3 towels? for a king suite?

Disappointing
Pros: Location and staff were nice.
Cons: The fire alarm went off twice during the night. Staff said someone was smoking in the bathroom downstairs which set off the fire alarms. This did not make sense. We were on the 4th floor and when we left our room and attempted to go downstairs with our bags the elevator was out of order, forcing us to go down 4 flights of stairs with luggage. Normally this would not be an issue, but I had a recent surgery which made it difficult to go down the stairs.
