Pros: Great and helpful staff. We wanted a quieter room and it was accommodated. Pleasant room. Excellent food in the restaurant. Cons: Unmaintained pool area, dirt in the bathroom sink and a stained bathtub in the shower corner. Non-sealing balcony door, could hear cars from the highway inside.
Surprised by the low level of service and functionality compared to when Marriott was very good in other places.
Pros: Location, proximity to the sea and restaurants. Cons: Uninformed staff in some areas, misleading information. Leaking toilet, broken room lamps, etc.
Well-situated, convenient to local attractions. Hotel could use a refurb.
Pros: The location was perfectly situated by the waterfront and Little Italy for restaurants and shops. It provided a local experience. The staff were wonderful from check-in to the restaurant. They seemed very happy to be there and took pride in the hotel. We were next to the airport but you wouldn't know it. Loved seeing the planes land. :-) Cons: When we arrived, we noticed that there was a leak above the sink. It looked like the cause was a broken sprinkler head. We immediately called guest services and they switched us to a better room. The parking was hard to maneuver as it was very narr

Best place to stay for a quick family getaway!
I wanted a nice family getaway before we begin a busy week. I booked this hotel and location because of its proximity to everything. We arrived on the 4th of July and were immediately greeted by the fabulous front desk staff. We arrived two hours prior to check-in and were assisted by Lydelle who was kind, courteous, and professional. Our room was not ready; however, Lydelle offered to hold our bags so that we could grab a bite to eat. We had a lot of luggage and Lydelle happily tagged them all with a smile. His level of service was exceptional. What I valued most was the camaraderie that Lyde
