The stay was great

Pros: The room came with all the needed amenities. refer, coffee maker ect. Cons: Location, I was there for a medical appt at Evergreen Health.

Customer service need overall especially for other races.

Pros: Customer service was poor. Front staff was dismissive and I had just had total dental implant surgery the morning I checked in. I will not reserve again Cons: Won’t bother

Pros: Location was good. Staff friendly and helpfull. Clean Cons: Air conditioner was too loud and started making weird noises

Pros: A big thumbs up to Andrew for resolving our concerns during our late check-in. Room was clean. Cons: There were never enough towels in the gym. Most days there were no towels. No sanitizer. No wipes to clean the equipment after working out. Very nice gym, equipment/lighting/space. But disappointed with the unsanitary condition.

I will stay here again but ask for room away from Main Street because of noise / The entire staff was very helpful!

Pros: The staff was very helpful Cons: I did not like the fire alarm going off on my second day early in the morning / Also the temperature in the room was cold at times and the air conditioning seemed a bit noisy
