Not worth it and horrible
Pros: The front desk employee was nice. Cons: Everything. The toilet water valve was broken already but all they said was “be gentle”. The room was not throughly cleaned, the bathroom walls had markings on them, etc. Elevators broken, ice machines broken, the hot tub looked like toxic green water with the awning looking broken and unstable.
My stay was very nice, easy and comfortable!
Pros: I enjoyed pretty much everything about my stay. There were a few minor issues but nothing to get my undies in a bunch! I wish it came with free breakfast at least in days thr rooms cost more than usual but it’s fine. My most memorable thing about the facility was the fresh inviting scent in the lobby and Halls, as well as the friendly and welcoming staff at the front desk! Just an extra tip# adding an extra set of pillows and linens would be a plus.. Cons: My bathroom fan didn’t work so that was a stinker! Literally!! lol and thr pillows wet kind of flat. Apparently, the Fairfield Marriot management has the talent for simply hiring nice people.
Mainly, the warm welcome and helpful attitude of the front desk staff and the housekeeping staff that are met during my stay. The cleanliness of the room is par excellence.
My stay was a very calm and relaxing experience, I know you can depend on Marriot's staff.
Pros: Didn't have time for breakfast. Cons: Everything was great.
