Courtyard New York Manhattan/Times Square

Location was convenient

Pros: We like that it was closer to our venue Cons: The room we were offered was on the top floor and smelled like dog

Overall, a great place to stay in a central location, clean rooms and a very helpful staff.

Pros: Great location. Walking - 4 minutes to Times Square and Broadway shows, 7 minutes to the Empire State Building, 12 minutes to Rockefeller Plaza. Subway stations very close by. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful; room was cleaned daily. Bed was very comfortable. Cons: One of the three elevator banks was out for repairs making the trip up and down a bit longer wait. The views from the room not true view of the city, since there was another building next door.

over all stay is good but the breakfast is not worth it, book only with no brekfast is my adviced but the place is near

Excelente ubicación y trato del personal

Pros: El personal de recepción súper amable, amigable y predispuesto para ayudar en todo lo que se necesite. También tenemos que destacar la atención de Mike que tenía que acompañarnos a subir por escaleras por la fobia de mi prima al ascensor. Cons: En mi habitación había un ruido como de un motor que aparecía constantemente y era muy molesto para dormir (2do piso). La limpieza no era mala pero tampoco destacaba. por ejemplo no le repusieron el jabón de ducha en toda la estadía.

Pros: The location to Times Square and 5th ave was fantastic. Cons: The breakfast was cold and no flavor. Need to step that up. Also one elevator was down the wait times were long.
