Disappointing all the way around.

Stayed here on the 7th. Disappointing stay. As a Platinum Elite, was not offered a welcome gift (water), no offer for breakfast, hotel clerk wrote wrong room number on key envelope, disturbed the guest in the room she wrote the number of. Air conditioner wouldn't cool below 78. Maintenance came to check it, no help. Couldn't change our room. They sent up a box fan that wouldn't stand up. Told desk clerk we would like to talk to manager, that never happened. Will be looking for another option next time we are there.

Long long wait for the shuttle

Hope you don’t call for the shuttle and get Denise. She’ll ask you at 3B orange and if you don’t say yes immediately she hangs up. Did that twice the second time I was ready for it and just got pinged to hold and no answer for 10 mins. 3rd try I was told it would be there in 10 to 12 mins. That was now 20mins ago. I called again and got told I must have missed it. Lots of hotel shuttles have been round twice. Choose anyone else.

Disappointment

What a disappointment this Courtyard by Marriott was to us. Normally Marriott properties are above average, not this one. On arrival the restaurant was closed due to a power outage earlier in the day, which was not their fault but still not very accommodating to their guests as there was only a small restaurant a cross the parking lot which cost us $71 for two burgers & glass of wine. Beds were very uncomfortable but the worst was this morning when our in room coffee maker did not work & this hotel DOES NOT PROVIDE COMPLIMENTARY COFFEE. You had to buy it at the Bistro. Breakfast at the Bist

Poor service

Shuttle was over an hour late on multiple occasions and they were unable to get a shuttle to the airport from 6-8:30am, room was fine, if you requested something ahead of time at the front desk assume once the shift changes that request is gone.
