We had to leave and book another hotel

Pros: Nothing Cons: Dirty rubbish like a ghost hotel

It’s very clean , and easy to check in

Good value place to stay overnight.

Pros: Location for us was great. Price paid was about right. Room we had looked newly refurbished so was spotlessly clean, modern and very comfortable. Cons: Tired looking building and lift, windows were filthy on the outside.

Got what I paid for. The reception staff made up for any negatives.

Pros: Stayed in the Annexe which suited me as had dog with me. Able to park directly outside my room. Easy to find. The reception staff were amazing - sorted out a query on an over charge and were able to sort a refund. Went out of their way to show me to the Annexe. My room was perfect. Cons: Area a bit run down. Lots of building rubbish. Woken early by a man shouting in a foreign language. Also banging on doors. Hot water was intermittent.
