Terrible customer service experience. Otherwise a nice place to stay
Cons: As you will see in a pending complaint 1) difficult to enter and no host available at our time of arrival 2) unable to reach host several times via phone. Automatic to voice mail 3) no heating first 12 hours in cold weather 4) no reply from overall manager after several requests 5) maintenance rude and lied upon key assistance regarding lock box
Great location near T, quiet neighborhood with lots of restaurants.
Pros: Location was great - super close to the T. Right in Brookline Village, so plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. The apartment was very quiet, nicely decorated, big for its size, and indeed sunny (the view isnt great but having all those windows was really nice)! Cons: No complaints.
