Cozy 2 brm apartment mins away from United Center

Pros: It has kitchenware and laundry requirements. Cons: When we got in the flat was not cleaned and not set up. Bed and bed mattress are old and not comfortable. The main bedroom sliding door doesn't close. In the secondary room, you can hear the sound of water is loud.

Great location, good choice for families or couples

Pros: Great location, free parking easy to find, roomy inside with very functional kitchen with some good stock of basic supplies. Stayed with a toddler and it was pretty comfortable Cons: Floors were so dirty you have to keep shoes or bring slippers. Soles turned black in minutes. Need to have it mopped.

In short not adapted for a family, badly equipped and feeling dirty

Pros: The free street parking and the proximity to downtown Chicago Cons: A lot of things are wrong there. We traveled with two young kids. Nothing was adapted to them or available to help (toilet kid seat / step stool) Kitchen equipment is very poor and not always clean Floor is cracked at some places One smoke sensor is broken it seems Bathroom was not very clean and we had to rinse and change the shower curtain Towels are very old and need to be replaced Bed sheets are the same One of the big problem is the noise because of the furnace / AC. Very hard to sleep at night specially in t

Pros: Awesome location! As well as very lovely host! Easy to communicate with! Cons: It could’ve been cleaner.

Pros: Clean and tidy. The owner/staff was very helpful and prompt in responding to our needs Cons: A dog running upstairs. I guess it belonged to another guest.
