Good basic apartment!

Well priced and all the basics

Ideal for our circumstances. But excessive noise outside at 1 AM, various nights.

Pros: Location was okay, close to transit definitely! Having a door code instead of keys was a nice perk. Nice unit with stocked amenities. Cons: Excessive noise outside the property. Shouting, fighting, honking - I think someone was in a brawl outside 2 different nights. Bar across the street? Make sure you’re sleeping before 12 AM…otherwise you won’t sleep at all.

Pros: Location is great! Close to playground, convenience mart, metro, restaurants, etc. Also having a dedicated parking spot was really convenient. Bedding was very comfortable. Cons: Remote was broken (right arrow) but is an easy fix. Could hear the neighbors but that was to be expected. While bedding was comfortable the bunk bed is quite noisy when getting in/out.
