Clean and located in a nice neighborgood
Pros: Private entrance with shared kitchen, no common area with living room but the room was clean and quiet stay. Cons: Street parking

This was a fully furnished guest house with a huge bathroom and a safe parking area inside a fence. The owners were there every day and quickly responded to requests.
