Plumbing issue stayed at different place

Pros: This was my first time booking an Airbnb. We actually did not get to stay at this location. The host informed me of a plumbing issue and offered another apartment in another location. The alternate apartment was clean and had many of the same amenities as the initial apartment. I do believe the original apartment was probably bigger. Both locations were not in the best of neighborhoods though. Everything was new inside the apartment. Overall, we were satisfied with the alternate apartment. Cons: The neighborhood wasn't the best but we didn't have any issues at the alternate apartment.

Pros: I didn't like the area because there are so many drug users; we don't feel very safe there

Pros: I didn't like the area because there are so many drug users; we don't feel very safe there. I know these are people who need help and support. Cons: The coffee maker in the accommodation was dirty, and the cabinets also require more cleaning and organization.

Beautiful house, not so much the location

Pros: The house is beautiful and comfortable. Cons: The location made me feel very unsafe, many homeless people outside the property and many drug addicts on the corner.
