Plumbing issue stayed at different place

Pros: This was my first time booking an Airbnb. We actually did not get to stay at this location. The host informed me of a plumbing issue and offered another apartment in another location. The alternate apartment was clean and had many of the same amenities as the initial apartment. I do believe the original apartment was probably bigger. Both locations were not in best of neighborhoods though. Everything was new inside the apartment. Overall, we were satisfied with alternate apartment. Cons: The neighborhood wasn't the best but we didnt have any issues at the alternate apartment. I'm not

Pros: I didn't like the area because there are so many drug users; we don't feel very safe there. I know these are people who need help and support. Cons: The coffee maker in the accommodation was dirty, and the cabinets also require more cleaning and organization.

Pros: La casa es linda y comoda. Cons: La ubicacion me daba muy insegura muchos homeless afuera de la propiedad y mucha gente drogadicta en la esquina
