Cozy Rondebosch Apartment

Pros: - It’s location was convenient and very cozy Cons: - The house needs a deep clean. The person cleaning needs to be able to lift and push stuff around to get the dust wholly. The stored utensils were filthy, remnants of foods stuck on the pots, plastic spoons….. - Beddings need to be updated. White linen and towels with stains that seem to not go away ain’t pleasing. The mattress needs to be changed. It’s very uncomfortable. - There should be a vacuum cleaner. The carpet harbors a lot of dust, on it and under it… even if it’s brushed on the surface. - For long term visitors I believe

We stay here everytime my granddaughter goes for chemo at Rondebosch Mediclinic. Currently she is there for immuno therapy after which a stem cell transplant will be done towards the end of September. We will need longer periods for accomodation at a special rate. Is there any possibility of doing longer periods at special rates?

Home away from home.

Pros: The location is incredibly convenient, with shops, restaurants, and other amenities all within easy reach. Cons: When you switch on the bathroom light, the extractor fan comes on as well. It is a little loud, but that’s just how these fans operate, so it’s not really anyone’s fault.

This was a clean and comfortable appartment in a location that suited our purposes and was conveniently located close to

Pros: The property was very convenient for us, visiting a family member Cons: Whilst we appreciated knowing the property was secure, the initial process felt a little like entering Fort Knox. It was quite noisy at night, with residents returning home at all hours, talking loudly, banging doors etc.

Perfect for the reasons we needed it. Clean, Neat and quiet.

Pros: Not applicable Cons: Keys were difficult to access. The Code provided was changed. It was like a game. To find the box. To get the right access code. To retrieve the Keys. When leaving, the Keys would not return to the box. The space is very small. The couch had Iron burns and holes. This was raised because it can be billed to us.
