Cozy Rooms

Excellent value and comfortable.

Pros: The price compared to even Premier Inns in the city centre and elsewhere. Location - buses every 10 minutes to and from centre. On route for buses to football stadia. Very clean and comfortable. Responsive and friendly owner. Cons: We liked everything, but this is only somewhere to sleep. For breakfast there is a McDonald's opposite. We preferred to go to a local cafe on the corner of Balmoral Road. For evening meals there is a host of ethnic restaurants in Kensington. The Kurdish restaurant Mamaj is particularly good. There's a pub on the corner with live music.

Another excellent stay, been a few times now. Thank you Peter, we will be back.

Pros: Excellent location, plenty of shops and pubs without needing transport. Cheap public transport if you want to go to town etc. Cons: It’s not that I didn’t like. A small fridge for cold drinks would be ideal, also a usb C point rather than USB would be nice as well.

Great location, easy access and Peter was great with all instructions and information thanks for a great stay

Pros: Everything you needed was there. Cons: Not any fault of the owner but we were there when it was 36 degrees and the room as boiling hot even with windows open, maybe a fan would benefit the room for really warm weather

Cozy little place to put your head down

Pros: Cozy rooms was spotless and comfortable, it's central to everything you need. The bus stops are directly outside and take you anywhere you need to be. Peter was great with communication, kept me up to date with everything. We bumped into someone as we checked out not sure if it was Peter or Tony, he was polite and asked how our stay was. We didnt see or hear any other guests over our 2 night stay. I would definitely stay again, and would highly recommend. Cons: The heat was horrible, I understand this can't be helped and the UK doesn't usually get good weather 😂. We kept the windows ope
