Enjoyed my stay

Pros: Very nice and clean room with a comfortable bed and not much apart from it. A little kettle and TV are a nice bonus. The bathroom is shared, but it's not busy. Very clean as well, and the water is hot. Food stores and a bus stop are one minute away (plus plenty of rentable e-scooters and bicycles). Easy and flexible check-in. Perfect for a short stay. I'll be happy to stay here again. Cons: Note that the street outside is noisy (cars passing), but the windows do a decent job of noise insulation if you keep them shut. No complaints from me, just something to note for any light sleepers

A lovely and comfortable stay in a great location.

Pros: Everything was lovely. The location was excellent, and the bedroom was comfortable and had a private bathroom. Cons: A few of the milk portions had expired, and there was no shampoo or shower gel provided, only hand soap.

Had everything you need and want for a good stay plus a good price.

Excellent value and comfortable.

Pros: The price compared to even Premier Inns in the city centre and elsewhere. Location - buses every 10 minutes to and from centre. On route for buses to football stadia. Very clean and comfortable. Responsive and friendly owner. Cons: We liked everything, but this is only somewhere to sleep. For breakfast there is a McDonald's opposite. We preferred to go to a local cafe on the corner of Balmoral Road. For evening meals there is a host of ethnic restaurants in Kensington. The Kurdish restaurant Mamaj is particularly good. There's a pub on the corner with live music.
