Pros: Location, walking distance to multiple places Cons: The curtain at the bathroom is too short, the water splashes around and it ends being messy There's an extractor that keeps working even if the AC is off, it's really noisy There's no closet, only the washing machine room, but it is not suitable to hang your clothes or place your clothes during the stay. We went to the room closest to the pool to work for a while but couldn't access any wifi connection

Pros: Nice space, free coffee, laundry in unit. Cons: No assigned parking spot. Parking was the main reason I would never stay here again; building tenants also seemed disrespectful of property.
Because of the non-responsiveness after calling CozySuites SEVERAL times, I will not stay here
Pros: The room was spacious and had enough seating. Cons: There were several issues with the room. The main issue was that the key fob was not provided in the room as described in the booking. This fob allows for access to the front door, the gym and the pool. I was at the property from 8/2 - 8/9. I called Cozy Suites as soon as I arrived on 8/2 and let them know the fob was not in the room. It was not delivered until 8/8 - so I missed out on amenities at the property. The room did not have any wash cloths and the hand towels were not very clean. I called about this also with the fo

Cons: The studio is dark & crammed and the window, which does not open, faces the back wall of another building. The company is a headache to deal with. We arrived at 4AM and the code they had given us did not work!! Had to stay on the phone with them for an hour to resolve the issue.
Pros: My first time ever using the app they helped me consistently answered every message with respect. Last minute picking it was very good because it was nice inside felt like a home. the price was good and has very nice detailng. Will be booking again when I come into town. Cons: Some things broke but we're a easy fix door handles n closet
