We had a lovely sleep once the bar closed.

Pros: Great location and very stylish decor. Common parts/corridors etc smart. Wi-fi was good. Bed was huge and super comfy. Lots of towels and nice toiletries. Help by phone was very good, but a shame we had to use it - several times! Cons: Being above a bar the noise was relentless until closing time - we had to drown out the thumping music. Didn't like having to use a QR code for instructions to use coffee machine as don't have a QR code reader and couldn't get it to work so no coffee. (Ditto didn't like having to download an app as had to delete another app to make room as only have

Pros: Nearly everything Cons: Overhead lights too bright

Pros: The room was super clean and had everything I could have wanted and it was really close to the coach station which was a bonus. The tea selection was an extra nice touch. Cons: Everything was great the only small thing was the tap and sink in the bathroom was a bit small so it was hard to fill up a water bottle.

Nice Apartment, Great location

Pros: Quality fixtures and fittings. Clean and close to the town and the racecourse. Cons: Unfortunately, the apartment was a duplex which we didn’t realise. My husband has knee problems and he struggled with the stairs. This was our only problem. Maybe we missed something when booking where it said duplex but all the pictures appeared to be one floored units.

Great central location

Pros: Great location, ideal for the event we were attending. Cons: Broken window. Low quality toiletries - seemed very watery. Could have done with a couple more coffee capsules.
