Overall a great stay and holiday. Despite the mentioned dis-likes this is a great apartment for a stay at Saundersfoot,
Pros: Great location. Up the hill from the main beach and shops but not a problem. Easy access to The Glen and the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. Easy allocated parking. Good size for a small family. We were 3 (including a 17 year old). Good TV streaming options. Cons: Bathroom a bit dated. Water in Bath slow to drain. No working extracted fan. Overall clean, but floor in lounge/diner area not properly cleaned. Some under-cupboard lights not working in kitchen. One of the single beds, mattress has failed so chance if rolling off.

All exactly as described. Location good, street parking fine. Would stay again if in the area. Staff chatty, friendly and down to earth. Impressed with Cardiff, people are open and friendly, great city. Worth a visit.
I would stay at this hotel again, Far more to my liking than the larger more impersonal hotels.
Pros: The pub/hotel is situated at the end of a quiet leafy lane but also within walking distance of about 6/8 mins off the bustling City Road which has a wonderful bus service . The No 9 bus will take you into Cardiff City Centre within 10 mins and even further into Cardiff Bay and the Sports Village and the other way towards Roath Park and Heath Hospital. My room was modern and spotless. with a good easy to regulate en suite shower and all the usual tea and coffee facilities plus TV.The bedding was pristine and both the pillows and duvet were very comfortable.
