This is not a 4-star warning, do not book!!!

Hotels.com relocated us to this hotel after the original hotel we booked couldn’t check us in due to being overbooked. We arrived for check-in at 1 am tired, having spent most of the day traveling. The person who checked us in was rude and demanded that Hotels.com pay for 15 days worth of parking as that is what they saw on their system. They refused to check us in unless £150 was paid in addition to the fee already paid to them for bed and breakfast accommodation. We explained that we didn’t even have a car but they refused to check us in until payment was received. We explained if the bookin

It was ok but a little overpriced for the room. But location is good near to the airport. The service could be more people-friendly.

Picked this hotel because of location close to the airport

Picked this hotel because of location close to the airport. Turns out it is one block from the central station in Hounslow. There is a subway that goes directly to green park close to the Buckingham palace., subway also goes to the airport only a few minutes away. The hotel is an 1880s mansion converted into a bed and breakfast. Two blocks from the main street with lots of shopping in good places to eat, there is also a 24 hour convenience store right across the street. Would highly recommend this motel but don’t expect it to be like the Hyatt much more charming and like going back in time. Hi
