Pros: Location Cons: Prior to arrival, the host was not aware that we had a confirmed booking. I spoke with the host by phone approximately 20 minutes before our arrival, during which she confirmed she had not checked the booking and was unprepared for our stay. We were not provided with any instructions on how to access the property, which caused unnecessary stress and uncertainty. Upon arrival, the communal hallway and stairs leading to the apartment had a strong and unpleasant smell. Inside the apartment, it was extremely cold and had a strong smell of damp throughout. Pros: Three bedroom property, convenient on street parking, easy access to public transport Cons: Heating had not been switched on ahead of our arrival. No heating in small single bedroom consequently cold throughout night. Children running around in upstairs apartment
