Very Pleasant Stay - Excellent Location

Pros: Very pleasant. Excellent location. Cons: N/A

Cons: Keeping your guests outside just because they arrived a bit earlier to check in time. Not even permitted to stay at the reception. Not happy with thet at all.

Pros: Hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Cons: The location. We didn't feel safe walking around the local area in the evening. The rooms were a bit cold the first couple of nights but then they put the heating on.

Okay place and practical when arriving with own car

Pros: The en-suite bathroom was clean and the bed as well. Good water pressure and hair dryer. Free parking was great and the busses to the city nearby! Really good coffee places also nearby! The staff on our arrival was really sweet and friendly, sadly we forgot to ask for her name:) Cons: The armchair and carpet flooring had lots of stains, there were small holes in the curtains and the extra chain lock on our door was janked off, which made us feel unsafer than we would have otherwise. Chat messages sadly never were answered (but we did get answers when we arrived, just not upfront). Would

Pros: Clean and quiet and comfortable. Cons: Lack of hot water in shower although water in hand basin was hot. Shower just warm on 2 days but not even that on third day. Reception only from 2:30pm to 9:30pm and no assistance with luggage on departure.
