Amazing Staff. They went above and beyond. Third party booking agent did not pass on necessary request for single beds so I do not rate them highly at all.

Friendly staff
Friendly staff. Gym is okay, small and compact. Our room AC quite noisy and there was a stain on the bed sheet. Room is clean. Good location. Cafes, restaurants and bars around the area

Terrible Check in Process
Check in process was terrible. Reception was closed when we arrived - closed at 5pm. Placed on hold when trying to check in my phone. Required to upload licence and credit card information despite the fact that the room was already paid for. Codes did not work to access the building. Took mulitple phone calls. A passweby on the street noticed out dilemma and reinforced taht others had expressed concern regarding this process. Took over an hour. Room itself was OK but the check saga spoiled our stay.

Good location
Good location. Bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately there was very heavy rain and water penetrated the air conditioning duct in the bathroom. It needs attention
