Great hotel always stay there this time got charged full price and the pools where closed

Cons: We where not told the pools where closed and still hot charged full price Tablet in room not working again this happened on previous stay also Not happy with the past 2 stays

Aside from not able to use the swimming pool its still a great stay.

Pros: Excellent Cons: The pool on the tower side when we are staying at crown tower is always on maintenance so we never experience swimming there.
