Fantastic location, very clean rooms and comfortable beds.

Pros: Very clean, good food and great location. Cons: Parking expenses

A little disappointed for the price, only just above Premier Inn

Mostly Good

Pros: Comfortable bed, excellent waiting staff in the bar and restaurant. Cons: The easy access door for disabled people was locked closed. A rather surly girl in the front desk came to unlock it but was most ungracious in her attitude. The young man who checked us in was very nice but she continued standing behind him scowling - very rude.

Pros: Habitación grande y confortable, con climatización/calefacción independiente. Camas muy cómodas. Limpieza excelente. Desayuno muy variado y de buena calidad. Personal muy amable. Ubicado en una zona céntrica, pero a la vez tranquila, a menos de 10 minutos a pie de la estación central de ferrocarril (Birmingham New Street) Cons: Francamente nada que reprochar. El precio por noche es un poco alto, como suele pasar en el Reino Unido, pero la calidad global del establecimiento probablemente lo justifica. Repetiría.

Decent sized rooms, shame about the breakfast

Pros: Room was a generous size Cons: Breakfast was possibly the worst I’ve had in a long time, although the breakfast room had only just opened everything on the hot counter was inedible, beans, mushrooms dried up beyond belief.
